Return and Refund Information


1. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and free of odors or stains.
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.
  • Return shipping fees vary by country and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. All refunds are issued after items have been inspected.

       Our Return Rules

  • Return deadline: 14 days from delivery.

  • Register your return via the customer account portal within this deadline.

  • Items must be in original condition:

    • Inside the bag

    • No odors, stains, hairs, or marks

  • Washed garments cannot be returned.

  • Returns not meeting requirements will not be accepted.

  • Returned items remain your responsibility until received at our warehouse.

  • Always keep proof of postage.

  • Processing Time

    • Once your parcel shows as delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 14 working days for processing.

    • Refund will be issued after inspection. Please make sure is in a new condition.

 2. Exchanges

  • We don’t process exchanges.

  • Please return your item and place a new order for the correct size or style.

Delivery & Orders

1. Where is my order?
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves the warehouse.

  • If tracking shows no updates, please wait until your estimated delivery date — updates can be delayed.

  • Delivery dates are estimates. Your order may arrive before, on, or shortly after this date.

  • During high-volume periods (like sales), delivery can take longer.

  • E-mail us if you have any questions about your return.
